Description

Every year OCVT gathers for a retreat at mountain lake. In exchange for trail work they let us camp out the night in the activity barn.

We use this time as fun event to get to know each other and to get away from things for a day. We also use the time to discuss the future of the club and engage people who might want to be more involved in the club next semester.

But either way, casual member or potential officer I encourage you to come out. OCVT will be providing food and weather permitting we will have a campfire.

RIDES: I will be leaving early to lead hikes in the area (see http://www.outdoor.org.vt.edu/trips/viewtrip.php?trip=145)

if you cannot find a ride tell me when you sign up, also indicate if you are spending the night or leaving early. If you can drive someone indicate so when you sign up.

TIME: I will be in the area early, the event starts around 4:00PM we will probably start cooking at 5:00 we need to be out of the barn by noon on Sunday.
